Another year, another birthday for Nana. She seems like she gets younger and has more energy with each passing year, as we all slow down and start to feel ourselves aging. The next generation has started to bring in the fourth generation of children into the world, and that seems to be fueling her for many more birthdays to come.

Three months down, and Jackson has now mastered the art of rolling over. He goes front to back, back to front and all stops in between. We moved him from our room into his own and he’s shown an affinity to sleep on his side. Liza and I find ourselves scrambling to his room at every noise to find him cooing and moaning as he gets himself stuck in the sides of the crib.
